JohnROOKEPassed away suddenly on Wednesday 23rd July 2008 at Queens Hospital, Burton upon Trent, aged 62 years. He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. The funeral service will take place on Friday 1st August at Sutton Coldfield Crematorium at 10.00am. Family flowers only preferred.
